Datawasher filters your inbound messages and resends those that are clean to your mail server. The suspicious ones are blocked and isolated in Quarantine where are available to be consulted by the user through a web-Interface.

The time of delivering is insignificant. Messages are received and filtered by Datawasher in real time and so delivered immediately to customer's mail server.
 
What happen when company's server will be unavailable? Do we loose our messages?
No at all, you do not loose any message because Datawasher includes “Disaster Recovery” in its solution. In the case of unavailability of your server, all messages are kept on Datawasher's system until company's server will work again.

The only cost supported is a monthly fee of 2 Euro for each protected e-mail address. This amount includes Disaster Recovery service, a backup of company's mail server.

No because it is possible to specified which are the e-mail addresses to protect. Datawasher will filter only those spam messages delivered to the specified e-mail addresses. Thus, thanks to the real time protection system against DHA (Directory harvest attack, Spam attacks with the aim to obtain customer's e-mail lists), Datawasher refuses automatically the delivery of those attack's messages to unknown email addresses, so the protection of new email address will not be charge to the customer.
